VA Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment

VA residential rehabilitation treatment, sometimes referred to as inpatient residential or domiciliary care, provides comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation services to Veterans with mental health conditions like PTSD, depression, and substance use disorder. The programs take a whole health approach to address challenges these Veterans may experience, including medical concerns and social needs such as employment and housing. Learn more about residential rehabilitation and how to apply.

Community Resources

National Resource Directory (NRD)

The NRD was developed through a partnership between the Departments of Defense, Labor, and Veterans Affairs and provides links to services and resources that support Service members, Veterans, families, and caregivers. The NRD lists resources from federal, state, and local government websites, as well as from nonprofit organizations and educational institutions.
