For help with treatment and health care related to experiences of MST, please contact your VHA MST Coordinator.
This website focuses on the MST-related health care services that VA has available. For help with disability compensation related to MST, please contact the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) MST Outreach Coordinator at your local VBA Regional Office. However, please note for those eligible for care, neither documentation of the MST experience nor a VA disability compensation rating is required to get MST-related treatment at VA.

Beyond MST Mobile App
Beyond MST is a free, secure and private self-help mobile app created specifically to support the health and well-being of survivors of MST. The app has over 30 specialized tools and other features to help MST survivors cope with challenges, manage symptoms, improve their quality of life and find hope. It can also help users connect with both VA and community resources. Users do not need to create an account or be in treatment to use the app. Any personal information entered in the app is not shared with anyone, including the VA.
Mental Health Mobile Apps
Access mental health support wherever you are, whenever you need it. These mobile apps are specifically designed to support you in managing mental health conditions.
Telehealth
You can connect with VA mental health services through a computer or mobile device in your home or at your nearest VA health facility. To set up telephone or video appointments, Veterans can send their health care team a secure message on My HealtheVet by visiting myhealth.va.gov.
Veteran Training
This self-help portal provides tools to help Veterans overcome everyday challenges in an entirely anonymous environment. Using the tools, you can work on problem-solving, manage anger, develop parenting skills and more. The free tools are based on mental health practices that have proven successful with Veterans and their families.
VA Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment
VA residential rehabilitation treatment, sometimes referred to as inpatient residential or domiciliary care, provides comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation services to Veterans with mental health conditions, including conditions related to military sexual trauma, like PTSD, depression, and substance use disorder. The programs take a whole health approach to address challenges these Veterans may experience, including medical concerns and social needs such as employment and housing.
